Practice Areas
Workers' Compensation

I am a Fort Pierce native and am very fortunate to be able to live and work where my family and friends are. I currently live in Vero Beach and have clients throughout South Florida.
Your phone calls will be answered by me and returned promptly if I am not available. My clients are my priority and I promise to dedicate my efforts to you and your case.
I know your case because I am personally working on it so I don’t need an assistant to bring me up to speed. I am here for you.
My desire to become an attorney was a decision I reached right out of college. I liked helping people and I liked the analysis that came with briefing cases and preparing oral arguments in law school. I was hooked on Day One!
Following graduation from law school, I began my practice as an insurance defense attorney in Miami handling personal injury cases.
I returned to the Treasure Coast in 1994 and began handling workers’ compensation cases for the insurance companies.
In 2004 I began representing injured workers and the disabled. Helping people, not insurance companies, is very rewarding to me and brings a smile to my face.
After years of working with several excellent, large firms, I decided it was time to open my own law office. One of the major reasons I made this decision was to have complete control over each client's case and provide the personalized attention and expert advice they deserve.
Education
I attended and graduated from St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. I then enrolled at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, where I earned my law degree. It was a day for celebrating when I was successfully admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989.
